FastRoot Agility is the multi-server management expert. Scalable, highly-available and secure environments require a carefully planned and managed infrastructure.
FastClusters™ are 3, 7 or 12 node configurations that are turn-key deployments to match the demanding needs of an application hosting environment. Each cluster is easily configured to handle load-balancing, special security needs, high-availability requirements or as a platform for virtualization.
Basic 3 Node FastCluster™
Three servers, typically configured as a single database server and two web/application servers. Scale the web/application servers horizontally, and replicate backup your database for fast recovery. Single points of failure are difficult to architect around in this configuration, but not impossible (database replication could happen within the three nodes).
Typical 7 Node FastCluster™
Our most common architecture can be configured to scale horizontally and run in a highly-available manner. Typical configuration includes two web, two application and two database servers, with a non-critical utility box. Security can be injected within the cluster to protect each tier, and there are no single points of failure within the environment.
Scalable 12 Node FastCluster™
For the most demand application architecture and scalability, a twelve server node configuration can be configured. Typically this configuration is used with a virtualization, and a fully fault-tolerant, multi-tier application environment that includes both development and production sandboxes are possible.
